Starting at 8:30 p.m. PT/11:30 p.m. ET on Saturday, the D23 panel will be hosted live by Disney’s parks, experiences chief Josh D’Amaro, and some special guests. They will be revealing new information about Disney’s $1.5 billion investment in Epic Games, the developer behind Fortnite. This collaboration is set to bring a Disney universe into Fortnite, offering fans an immersive experience where they can play, watch, shop, and engage with content from Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, Avatar, and more.

How to Join the Fun

• Event Access: Fortnite will open access to the D23 livestream via the new “Disney Horizons Live” island. This special island will be available from 7:30 p.m. PT/10:30 p.m. ET, one hour before the showcase begins.
• Joining Instructions: Players can enter the island through the Homebar in Discover or by using the island code 7908-6413-2516.
• Special Rewards: Spend at least 10 minutes on the “Disney Horizons Live” island, and you’ll earn a free in-game item, the Peelverine Plush Back Bling, plus XP at a later date in September. This item may also be available for purchase in the game’s shop later on.
