Prime Video has finally released the first official, full trailer for the much-anticipated ‘Fallout’ TV series, slated for a grand premiere next month. The trailer gives viewers a tantalizing glimpse into the post-apocalyptic world of ‘Fallout’, featuring Lucy, portrayed by the talented Ella Purnell, as she embarks on a perilous journey beyond the safety of Vault 33 into the ruins of Los Angeles.
Leaving behind the security of her vault for the first time, Lucy finds herself navigating the dangerous landscape of a world ravaged by nuclear war hundreds of years earlier. The trailer showcases a series of fish-out-of-water scenarios, from being robbed to facing near-death experiences, highlighting the gritty reality of surface life.

Fans of the ‘Fallout’ video game series will delight in the numerous easter eggs sprinkled throughout the trailer, including appearances of the iconic Vault Boy Bobblehead and glimpses of The Brotherhood of Steel, a key faction within the games. The trailer also teases the inclusion of fearsome creatures like the Yao guai and a mutated version of an Axolotl, a nod to the concept art of ‘Fallout 3’.
In an intriguing twist, executive producer Jonathan Nolan has described the show as “a non-interactive version” of what could be ‘Fallout 5’, signaling that while the series may not follow the plot of any specific game, it remains deeply embedded within the ‘Fallout’ universe.
In a surprise announcement at the trailer’s conclusion, Amazon revealed that all episodes of the ‘Fallout’ TV series’ first season will be available for binge-watching on April 11, exclusively on Prime Video. This revelation has heightened anticipation among fans, eagerly awaiting to dive into the series.
As the premiere date draws closer, Prime Video has also treated fans to a series of new character posters earlier this week, further expanding the ‘Fallout’ TV show’s lore and setting the stage for what promises to be a captivating addition to the ‘Fallout’ franchise.
