Konami just dropped a TON of new Silent Hill information. We have four games that expand the long-dormant universe. Here are the trailers and what we know so far.
Silent Hill 2 Remake
A Silent Hill 2 Remake has been rumored for a while now, but we finally have confirmation. Konami released a new trailer and gameplay. The biggest splash appears to be the fact players can parry a chainsaw with a knife. PC Games reveals the system requirements. They are rough. It’s recommended users have a “GeForce RTX 2080 or AMD Radeon 6800XT.”
Silent Hill: Townfall
Townfall is developed by No Code and Annapurna Interactive from Glasgow.
Silent Hill: Ascension
Ascension is will be created by JJ Abrams’s Bad Robot. It is an interactive streaming series where “the entire community shapes the canon of Silent Hill.”

Ryūkishi07 is creating what looks like a Silent Hill visual novel set in 1960s Japan.
Lastly, they revealed the development of a new movie called “Return to Silent Hill.” They are bringing back Christophe Gans, the director of the 2006 “Silent Hill” movie.
