Fallout Series in the Works for Amazon

The creative duo behind Westworld, Lisa Joy and Jonathan Nolan, are now developing a ‘Fallout’ series for Amazon. Their company Kilter Films will be working with Amazon Studios in association with the games’ developer Bethesda.

Fallout is a post-apocalypse game in a world where humanity has embraced nuclear power. The player emerges from a bunker to make their way through a wasteland, surviving mutated monsters and warring factions. Much like AMC’s Walking Dead, the story will likely use the mutants as a content threat with the factions being season-long arcs.
